1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Item is in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order ID) is provided
- Item is not damaged by customer misuse

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Items purchased on sale or discount

3. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect it within 2 business days
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer to your account
- UPI transfer (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Received a damaged or defective product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- Clear photos of the damage
- Brief description of the issue

We will send a FREE replacement immediately! No questions asked.

5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1: Email us at support@warmycare.com
Step 2: Mention your Order ID and reason for return
Step 3: We will confirm and share return address
Step 4: Ship the item back safely
Step 5: Receive your refund within 5-7 business days

6. RETURN SHIPPING

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Please use a trackable shipping service
- WarmyCare is not responsible for lost return packages

7. EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the item and place a new order.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled ONLY before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel: Email support@warmycare.com immediately with your Order ID.
