- All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirham)
- For Indian customers, prices are displayed in INR for reference

- In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We currently ship across India
- Delivery takes 5-7 business days
- Free delivery on all orders
- WarmyCare is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
- Delivery address cannot be changed after order is placed

6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- COD is available across India
- Please keep exact change ready at time of delivery
- If delivery attempt fails 3 times, order will be cancelled
- Repeated COD order cancellations may result in account suspension

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- This includes logo, images, text and design
- You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content
- Unauthorized use will result in legal action

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- Delays in delivery by courier partners
